Have you been doing your 10 minute daily exercises?
I was feeling a little sluggish, bored, and plain old tiresome when I realized it had been almost one whole week since I did my daily work out regiment. So I busted out the old leg warmers and I popped in my favorite Jane Fonda VHS to make up for lost time.
Don't stop til you drop! No pain no gain!!

p.s. I have found that its very helpful to listen to some upbeat music while doing the daily regiment. I personally like Soft Cell's Sex Dwarf.
